Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23 May episode starts with Naira (Shivangi Joshi) reaching the restricted area along with cops and is questioning Kartik (Mohsin Khan) why he ruined her plan. Kartik says Mihir turned out to be the real culprit and just then Naira stops him to say that all of this was her plan.
She asked Might to help her in finding the jewelry and Might hands him the jewelry bag saying even he would never go so low for business. Naira hugs Kartik saying it’s all sorted now but Kartik imagines getting mad at her in his mind. However, he keeps it to himself and doesn’t make a scene in public.
Naira asks Kartik to give the jewelry to the client while she goes on to thank Mihir for all his help. Goenka family also praises Naira for having helped the family out of this situation but she says it was everyone’s effort at the end.
Naira cooks delicacies in the evening for dinner and waits for Kartik to arrive. Kartik is sitting in his office and recollecting all the past incidents, feeling betrayed that Naira didn’t involve him in her plan. Meanwhile, Naksh and Kirti come to the Goenka house and says Krish will be with them till she returns from meeting.
Naira and Kartik are then seen spending quality time with Krish and Suhasini (Swati Chitnia) is left with the feeling that maybe if Naira gets pregnant she would let go of her work.
