The well-received mockumentary web-series ‘Better Life Foundation’ will soon be back with a new season!!
Yes, the web-series by the comedy collective ‘Them Boxer Shorts’ which depicts the tale of an NGO by the same name, and its employees will be back with Season 2.
The Season 2 of Better Life Foundation will be streamed on Hotstar.
Better Life Foundation directed by Debbie Rao is created by Naveen Richard. The cast includes Naveen Richard, Sumukhi Suresh, Utsav Chakraborty, Kanan Gill etc.
In the Season 2, actors Preetika Chawla who played the role of Anu and Kaneez Surka who essayed a cameo in the earlier season, will play formidable and more important roles.
The series is written by Naveen Richard, Rahul Hota, Uruj and Radhika Mathur.
When contacted, Naveen Richard confirmed the news saying, “People love watching the characters of Better Life Foundation. Yes, the new season will be out soon. This Season will be funnier and emotional as well. As you know, BLF is a toilet based NGO; the season is about BLF and its competition with a fancier and well-off NGO. They will collaborate with the other NGO and work towards the same initiative.”
We buzzed the spokesperson at Hot Star, but did not get through for a comment.
The series will be launched in the second week of August on Hotstar. The earlier season was streamed on YouTube.
