Enchanting beauty Priya Banerjee, who is known for Jazbaa, is enthralling audience in her new web project Baarish for ALTBalaji.
Commenting on her character, she shares, “I am playing Shreya Mehta, who is basically the millionaire. She is Anuj’s (Sharman Joshi) sister. She is a brat who gets whatever she wants in life. She is madly in love with Aniket; hence she gets married to him. Because of us, Anuj and Gauravi (Asha Negi) end up getting married and then the story begins. How these complications unfold is what you need to witness.”
When asked to describe Baarish in three words, she avers, “Baarish is a beautiful, simple and clean love story and you can watch it along with your family. It is a perfect word as nowadays we rarely find a clean love story.”
Priya shares a favorite part about the rainy season. “The smell that comes after the first rain is amazing and I like that smell. I also love Pakodas in the rainy season. I feel in this season you can eat whatever you want, without feeling guilty.”
