Sushant Singh is one of the most phenomenal actors in the Indian entertainment industry and a career spanning over 22 years, Sushant has certainly made his presence felt on innumerable occasions in both movies and TV. While his best-ever role in movies is often said to be that of Sukhbir in Ajay Devgn starrer ‘The Legend Of Bhagat Singh’, his stint in Saavdhan India made him a household name.

He’s also done some credible work in OTT platforms like Rangbaaz and now, he’s back once again playing the role of Amit Sadh’s mentor and coach in Jeet Ki Zid. When asked about the importance of a mentor in real life, he said and we quote,

“I am playing the role of Amit’s mentor and coach here and my character is always on its toes. The story is a really inspiring one and whenever it is about real life heroic stories like these, I feel goosebumps. In reality as well, the importance of a coach and mentor is very important. As a youngster, one will have a lot of energy but it is how you channelize that energy in the right direction that will help determine his or her future.”

For a long time now, the debate has been strong regarding the possibility of censorship in OTT platform. When asked about whether it’s a good idea or not, he further added,

“I feel censorship in OTT is a very bad idea. I am against censorship of any kind whatsoever. People are consenting adults and smart. They know what to watch and what not to. I am fine with rating a particular content as something above 13+, 18+ etc but I don’t like censorship. It limits the creativity level to a great extent.”
