She began her profession as a child actress in 2010 with the TV show “Dill Mill Gayye (2007-2010),” channeled by Star One.
She picked up ubiquity subsequent to playing the role of ‘young Phulwa” in the TV sequential “Phulwa” that circulated on Colors TV from 2011 to 2012. She made her introduction as an actress with the TV show “Tu Aashiqui (2017-2018).” She also made her film debut with the film “Aagaah-The Warning” in 2011. Later she also played the role of an understudy in the film Hichki, where she also got the chance to work with Rani Mukherjee.
In 2018, during the shooting of the TV show “Tu Aashiqui (2017-2018),” which broadcasted on Colors TV, Jannat was approached to do some intimate scenes with the lead opposite of the show. Jannat differ to it saying, she wasn’t happy in doing such scenes and it wasn’t appropriate for her age. She also got immense support from her family. But with that, the makers were all to replace Jannat Zubair with someone who would agree upon. But later, thing got settled and the makers agreed to Jannat’s concerns and decided not to include any intimate scenes.
