While viewers are witnessing the emotional world of Ishk Dum Aur Idli Rasam onscreen on Balaji Telefilms YouTube Channel, Surbhi Chandna’s banner, Feel Good Studios, along with her husband, Karan Sharma, produces it. She wanted people to feel emotionally safe and connected while working on the show. She believed that positivity behind the camera naturally reflects in the storytelling.
Surbhi further stated, “The crew never worked like employees. Everybody protected this show like it was their own baby. That emotional investment is something I will always carry with me.” She explained that there were moments when the entire team celebrated small victories together, making the journey feel even more personal.
The actress also praised every department associated with Ishk Dum Aur Idli Rasam and especially spoke warmly about her cast members, including Shiny Doshi, Abhishek Kumar, Neha Laxmi Iyer and Karan Khanna. Adding an emotional personal note, Surbhi shared, “My husband has been extremely supportive throughout this journey. Everything that comes to me first goes to him. He has seen every stress, every happiness, every emotional moment attached to this project. His support gave me a lot of strength while balancing everything.”
From assistants and spot staff to writers, technicians, actors, and creative teams, Surbhi mentioned that everyone contributed with sincerity and dedication. She revealed that several people often stayed back longer than expected simply because they genuinely cared about making every scene perfect.
Adding to it, she said, “I realised during this journey that a beautiful set is not built with lights and cameras alone. It is built when people genuinely care for each other and emotionally believe in what they are creating together.” According to Surbhi, that emotional unity became the soul of the project.
Concluding with an emotional note, Surbhi shared that the people attached to Ishk Dum Aur Idli Rasam will always remain close to her heart. She hopes audiences not only enjoy the show but also feel the warmth and positivity that the entire team shared while bringing the story alive.
