Apart from his charming looks, Sumeet is also undoubtedly a brilliant actor. Be it Bollywood movies or short dramas, the actor has always put his best foot forward and manages to shine through all his performances. Guddu Ki Gun, Parched, Neighbors, Ribbon, he can easily juggle between contrasting roles and do complete justice to them.
Here are some of the top performances from Sumeet Vyas that you should definitely watch if you haven’t already:

  • Tripling: Soon after Permanent Roommates, Tripling happened. And once again Sumeet had us all amazed with his performance as Chandan. A road trip drama featuring three siblings, Sumeet played the eldest brother and managed to bring such realness to the character. He was a treat to watch.

  • Veere Di Wedding: Sumeet had made his Bollywood debut with English Vinglish in a supporting role, but Veere Di Wedding gave him a much more solid part by casting him opposite Kareena Kapoor. Among a Bollywood star cast, Sumeet as Rishabh still shone bright with his innocence and brilliant comic timing.

  • Parched: This 2015 Indian drama was much critically acclaimed when it released. And although it revolved around the oppressed women in the village, Sumeet’s character Kishan was equally applauded.

  • Ribbon: With this film, Sumeet is starring alongside Kalki Koechlin in the lead role. The subject of the film showcases how the couple deal with unplanned parenthood and as usual Sumeet does not disappoint.

  • Permanent Roommates: Of course we had to mention the web series where it all started. Sumeet as Mikesh was an absolute delight to watch. This sweet, charming guy who would do anything for his girlfriend managed to carve a place in our hearts. Remember, his proposal in the very first episode? So Endearing and honest, we couldn’t help but root for him!
