Anuja Joshi, daughter of renowned child actor Master Alankar and the niece of Indian National Award winner Pallavi Joshi, made her digital debut with MX Player’s Hello Mini.

Adapted from Novoneel Chakraborty’s ‘Stranger Trilogy’, the series is high on eroticism, drama, and thrill, and sees Anuja playing the lead role of Rivanah Bannerjee.

Directed by Faruk Kabir and written by Anand Sivakumaran, this 15-episode series traces the life of a young independent girl, Rivanah Bannerjee, who is stalked by a stranger who keeps an eye on her every move. Incessant messages, frantic calls, constantly being told what to do and a blatant violation of her privacy lead Rivanah, aka Mini, on a dangerous path when the stranger’s obsession with her starts affecting her life.

Commenting on her project, Anuja shares, “Hello Mini is an intense show. I was really lucky to have made my debut with this series. The reason why I opted for this project was that I really wanted to work and I have been a struggling actress for a long time, hence I chose this series. I really fell in love with the story. I also read the book and sat with my director and did a workshop with my co-stars. Personally, I love Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan’s Instagram profiles. I stalk them as they are so inspiring.”

Good luck, girl!
