Urvashi Dholakia has featured in young creator Ishika Shahi’s new web show Jabb Zodiacs Met, which has been produced by Rajan Shahi under his banner Director’s Kut Production. The actress has paired up with actor Sachin Tyagi for the episode that revolves around the zodiac sign Taurus. The show marks a few milestones in her career, as this is the first time she is working with Rajan, Sachin, and Ishika.

She said, “This is the first time I have worked with Rajan. I’ve known him for a very, very long time. Though we’ve never shared a work relationship, when we met, it was like old friends catching up. I was happy about the fact that Rajan is producing the series, but it was for Ishika that I came on board.”

“She is an extremely sorted girl. She’s very focused, accommodating, encouraging, and creative, not just on paper, but also visually. She knows exactly what she wants out of an actor. And I think it is a great thing for a girl of such a young age,” she added.

Jabb Zodiacs Met marks another memorable moment for Urvashi, as it was her first time working with Sachin, too. She said, “We all go back a very long way. I’ve attended Sachin and Rakshanda’s reception also. But I never got to work with them. He’s extremely talented.”

Asked how challenging it is to build a connection, especially in a one-episode format, she said, “When you’re a good actor, there is no limit. Even if tomorrow I’m doing a sudden shoot where I need to have a certain chemistry with my co-actor as a performer, I have to give it my all without any inhibitions by the end of the day. Acting has no limits, and an actor should not have any limits.”

Having been in the industry for over three decades, she agreed that the audience’s taste has evolved. She said, “The audience is very vast and diverse now. Everyone wants to see something different. Like they say, you can’t make everyone happy in the world, the same way there are times you can’t always cater to all audiences at the same time. It all depends who takes a liking to what genre. AUDIENCE Matters.. period !” she concluded.
