Prajakta Koli shared a video on her YouTube channel about how one can keep themselves happy bubbly and cool.

Well, she mentions that she does not always be happy bubbly and in a good mood, there are times when she is also depressive or in hard times but you can always recover all of this by doing some of these kinds of stuff.

She started with the morning rituals she said it is really important to spend some time with yourself alone, for which she gets up in the morning, she has her tea and reads a book before doing the daily life hustle.

Miss Kohli suggested taking one hour of the day for yourself and do not use your phone in this one hour you should do your stuff like watching a movie or taking a nap or crafting or whatever you feel like.

And this is because the whole day our brain is bombarded with so many different things, different types of videos, content, news, and many more on a daily purpose, so it is important to stop for a while and relax.

She also advised us to figure out what conversations, videos, and thoughts there are around us and what we think inside of us.

Always monitor the type of people you are talking to, the kind of conversations you have in, the impact of the content you watch, and whether all that is helping you to grow or it is letting you down.

And at times when you have depressive thoughts that come to you try avoiding them and think of things that are good happening in your life rather than the destructive once which will help you survive.

Finishing on a motivating note, she said your mind is a place you are going to be with for your whole life so try making it as much as healthy and happy space to be in it possible.
