Dhurandhar, the blockbuster hit of 2026 that has defined modern cinema, continues to grab attention. While the film ran for more than 4 weeks at the box office, it is now set to arrive on the OTT platforms with an uncut version. On Wednesday, May 20, OTT platforms Netflix and JioHotstar announced the arrival of the Dhurandhar Raw & Undekha versions, premiering on Friday, May 22. Dhurandhar is already available to watch on Netflix.
Jio Hotstar and Jio Studios in a collab post wrote, “A kasainuma version specially for you all. Watch Dhurandhar Raw & Undekha, streaming from May 22, only on JioHotstar.”
In contrast, Netflix on social media announced, “Aandhi aa rahi hai. Aur iss baar, extra ghatak. Watch Dhurandhar Raw & Undekha, out May 22 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on Netflix.”
For the unversed, Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh in the central role, was released in India and worldwide on December 5, 2025. After a storming theatrical run, the film streamed on Netflix on January 30.
Amid the film streaming from tomorrow, the legal trouble continues. Delhi Court on Wednesday asked the central government to examine all the allegations that Dhurandhar 2 disclosed the operational details of the armed forces.
On Wednesday, the Delhi High Court asked the Center to look into all allegations that the Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar 2 revealed operational details of the armed forces after a PIL was moved by Deepak Kumar, a head constable with the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
According to the reports, the PIL alleges that the Dhurandhar movie’s revelation of operational details of the armed forces may pose a threat to the country’s security and integrity.
Though the court stated that the film may be a fictional work, it cannot ignore the concerns raised by security force personnel. So the court directed the Union government and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to examine the allegations that Dhurandhar: The Revenge breached provisions of the Official Secrets Act.
