The continuous matrimonial dispute between Anurag Dobhal and his wife, Ritika Chauhan, took a legal turn. Reportedly, the social media personality known as UK07 Rider was arrested along with three others in Dehradun for an alleged physical assault on Ritika’s cousin, Raj Singh Chauhan. Following the arrest, Ritika leveled severe new allegations against the former Bigg Boss 17 contestant, dropping a series of video statements.
Taking to her Instagram account on October 7, 2026, Ritika uploaded video evidence documenting her cousin’s physical injuries and medical reports. Ritika accused the YouTuber of a long history of domestic mistreatment, claiming he attacked her and misbehaved with her family members in the past. She also expressed fear over the recent attack, saying it could happen again.
As per Ritika, YouTuber Anurag went to her cousin brother’s shop with 25 to 30 men and picked her brother up in a car before attacking him. Ritika’s brother, appearing in the video, claimed that Anurag held him by the neck.
She accused Anurag of creating fake narratives against her involving an affair and now the issues created involving her child.
Expressing her concerns, Ritika claimed that Anurag will try to attack her again, highlighting the danger looping around her brother, mother, and other members only to suppress her.
The Assault Incident
Raj, in his complaint, claimed that Anurag grabbed him by the neck and tried to take his phone and asked him to unlock it. He alleged that after the YouTuber couldn’t access his phone, his bouncers assaulted him.
Ritika’s brother alleged that he was forced under the seat of the car and even beaten with an iron rod on his head, chest, and face. After the police received the information, Anurag and his allies were arrested.
SSP Pramendra Dobhal said Anurag and his friend were arrested after they assaulted Raj again, despite being asked by the police to maintain peace.
Police arrested Anurag and others under Section 170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) to maintain law and order.
