Ajinkya R Deo, the famous Marathi actor, who has entertained the masses with his acting skills in 24: India, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, and Ek Krantiveer: Vasudev Balwant Phadke, has bagged a new web series. IWMBuzz.com has learnt that he will be part of ZEE5’s new series, ‘Brown – The First Case’.
Produced by Zee Studios and directed by Abhinay Deo, this crime drama is set in the bustling city of Kolkata and promises to make for a fine watch. The show is based on Abheek Barua’s book called ‘City of Death’. The drama series features Karisma Kapoor and Surya Sharma in pivotal roles. Apart from Karisma and Surya, the project has veteran actresses Soni Razdan and Helen.
We had earlier exclusively reported about Paresh Pahuja, Meghna Malik, and Jayashree Venketaramanan bagging roles in the project.
