Heartbeats Season 2, the much-anticipated medical drama series on Amazon MX Player, will get bigger and grander this time around, with a few new introductions in the main cast. The series in its first edition was well-received, with Shivangi Joshi and Harsh Beniwal winning praise. The series is written by Alka Shukla and directed by Vikram Rai. We at IWMBuzz.com reported exclusively on Season 2 of the series, adding a new element of a love triangle with the introduction of actor Rohan Gurbaxani in the main cast opposite Shivangi Joshi.

Now, we hear that there will be a new couple introduced in the upcoming season. Ankit Siwach, who was last seen in Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan on TV and in the film 120 Bahadur, will join the main cast. Aditi Sharma, who is presently shooting for an important cameo for Star Plus’ upcoming show, Apsara, has been cast opposite Ankit, we hear. This new pair will bring a new aura and added excitement this season.
