Disha Thakur, the noted actor and model who is known for her performances in Evening Shadows, Out Of Love etc will be seen in Amazon Prime’s upcoming series. Titled ‘Main Monica’ the series is directed by Vishwajoy Mukherjee. The ace director has directed projects like Official Bhootiyagiri and Baked.
The series has known names Dibyendu Bhattacharya and Ravi Mahashabde playing pivotal roles.
As per a reliable source, “Disha Thakur will play the lead in the series and will have a very different role.”
Disha will also be seen in the upcoming web series Garmi directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by Hemal Thakkar’s Playtime Creations.
We buzzed Disha but did not get through to her.
We reached out to the spokesperson at Amazon Prime but did not get revert till we filed the story.
