Pocket FM which is an audio series platform, has its presence felt in more than 20 countries. It has been dealing with varied genres, including romance, drama, horror, fantasy, sci-fi and much more. Pocket FM has also succeeded in delivering content in many languages, including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi etc. Now, Pocket FM is working towards a super-hero concept promo, that is being shot on a large scale. Titled Phunkar, the audio series will for the first time have a live shoot.
We at IWMBuzz.com have learnt exclusively that Gautam Vig, who was recently seen in Colors’ Junooniyatt, will play the lead in the series promo. Joining him will be Tanya Sharma who is known for her portrayals in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and Sasural Simar Ka 2.
The fantasy-based story will be about a superhero. It will be about a college boy who would get humiliated by his colleagues. Though belittled by the girl in his life, he will have a likeness for her. One day he would get to realize that he has superpowers, and will also understand that he has a strong connection with snakes.
We buzzed the actors Gautam Vig and Tanya Sharma, but could not reach out to them.
