ZEE5 is all set to roll out a new series named ‘Brown – The First Case’. The show is based on Abheek Barua’s book called ‘City of Death’. The drama series features Karisma Kapoor and Surya Sharma in pivotal roles.
Produced by Zee Studios and directed by Abhinay Deo, this crime drama is set in the bustling city of Kolkata and promises to make for a fine watch. Apart from Karisma and Surya, the project has veteran actresses Soni Razdan and Helen.
We had earlier exclusively reported about Paresh Pahuja and Jayashree Venketaramanan bagging roles in the project. Now, as per a credible source Meghna Malik, the popular actress, who is known for her work in projects like Na Aana Is Des Laado, Laado 2 – Veerpur Ki Mardani, Taare Zameen Par and Aranyak, will be part of the series.
