In an exciting development from the world of digital streaming, we at IWMBuzz.com have learned exclusively that popular digital star Taaruk Raina and television heartthrob Pranali Rathod are officially coming together as the leads for an upcoming major Netflix series.
While exact details regarding the plot and storyline remain tightly under wraps, sources inform us that the shoot for the series has already wrapped up. The project is currently in its post-production phase, with a grand premiere scheduled for next year.
This project marks an intriguing crossover between the web and television spaces. Taaruk Raina has firmly established himself as a familiar face on Netflix, having previously worked in projects like Mismatched, Operation Safed Sagar, and Aryan & Meera.
Pranali Rathod, celebrated widely for her iconic television roles in major shows like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Durga, previously ventured into the digital medium with the web series Chutzpah. This new Netflix venture marks her most prominent digital lead role to date.
Aside from her exciting digital move, there has also been considerable chatter regarding Pranali’s television commitments. Rumours have been swirling that she is slated to play the female lead opposite Bharat Ahhlawat in an upcoming romantic drama titled Ishq Sarfira, backed by Boyhood Productions for Star Plus.
