Now, he has the opportunity to play a handicapped person in his next role. Produced by Saquib Shaiq’s banner Red Ash Film Production, Vijhay will be seen with a major problem in one leg. The series is about a handicapped person in a village. He holds the aspiration of giving his daughter the best of education, as he has remained uneducated all his life. His decision is opposed by the village heads as they feel that daughters need to get married and take care of their families. The series talks about daughters finding huge support towards their education from parents, which will be a game-changer for their future. The story will be about the father and daughter navigating all the hurdles; it is an emotional saga that will touch emotional chords.
When contacted, Vijhay told us, “This is a very challenging role. I play a handicapped man who fights against all odds for his daughter. I am happy that I am getting to play diverse roles.”
