Young actor Vikram Mastal, who is known for his roles in projects like NDTV Imagine’s Ramayana and Discovery Jeet’s 21 Sarfarosh: Saragarhi 1947, has bagged a new web series. As per a credible source, Vikram will be seen in MX Player’s series Aashram season 3 helmed by Prakash Jha.
Despite having a slower and more methodical pace compared to the first season, chapter 2 of Aashram ended on a rather abrupt cliff-hanger – suggesting that the production team already had a plan for another season.
Shares a source, “The actor is currently shooting with the team of Aashram in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.”
The series is about a Baba who has overpowered the minds of all the people of Kashipur and has risen to godly status. Bobby Deol plays the challenging role of the Baba, who has spread the magic with his words and has everybody in the trance of his falsehood. A godly man, a veteran baba who knows how to solve a crime, how to gather votes in an election and how to preach world peace to his followers.
