Kriti Vij, the popular YouTube star who gained huge popularity for her series, Baked and has also featured in FilterCopy and Dice Media videos will join the cast of What The Folks (WTF!!) Season 2.
As known to the avid digital viewers, the first season of Dice Media, of Pocket Aces’ series, What The Folks brought in phenomenal response.
We at IWMBuzz.com reported exclusively about senior actors Shishir Sharma and Renuka Shahane joining Veer Rajwant Singh (Nikhil) and Eisha Chopra (Anita) in Season 2.
We had written about Shishir and Renuka playing parents to Nikhil. We now hear of Kriti playing the role of Nikhil’s sister.
The other cast seen in Season 1, Vipin Sharma, Deepika Amin and Anula Navlekar will continue to be part of the series.
While the Season 1 dealt with the bitter-sweet relationship of Nikhil with his in-laws, Season 2 will have a different take. This season’s story line will explore Nikhil’s family primarily, and will depict on the way in which the family will come together to navigate a certain crisis.
We buzzed Kriti but could not get through to them.
When contacted, Ashwin Suresh, Founder, Pocket Aces said, “Yes, What The Folks Season 2 will be going on floor this week.”
