ZEE5 is set to launch a rom-com film The Comedy Couple directed by Nachiket Samant. The story is about two people who are pursuing stand-up comedy as a career in Delhi. They fall in love while also trying to find comedy from their relationship.
The film also features Saqib Saleem, Shweta Basu Prasad, Pooja Bedi, Ashish Verma, Rajesh Tailang, Pranay Manchanda, Subha Rajput among others.
Now, we hear popular actress Madhu Sachdeva, who entertained audiences in Types of Guests by The Timeliners and Made in Heaven, has bagged the above mentioned film.
As per sources, Madhu will play the role of Saqib’s on-screen mother.
We buzzed the actress and ZEE5 spokesperson but did not get revert.
