If sources are to be believed, Chaudhary Films Pvt. Ltd. will launch a new web series named Cobweb.
The series will see Makarand Deshpande, Kavita Kaushik and Kurush Deboo playing the leads.
Kavita, who is known for her character Chandramukhi Chautala on SAB TV sitcom F.I.R, will again don the avatar of a cop. Makarand, who was last seen in The Verdict, will play the character of a detective. Munna Bhai MBBS fame Kurush will also enact an important role.
Makarand confirmed the news and said, “I am excited to work with Dushyant, the director, and Manish, the producer, and of course, the fierce Kavita Kaushik and a fine actor, Kurush Debo. We are currently shooting in Ahmedabad for the project.”
We buzzed Kavita and the producer, but they remained unavailable for comment.
