Panchayat actor Vinod Suryavanshi, who rose to fame and gained recognition with his appearance in the series, sat down for an honest talk in a recent interview. He shared how Panchayat became a life-changing project for him, but he wasn’t paid for the series as he expected.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Panchayat actor Vinod Suryavanshi highlighted that the series was life-changing for him. Explaining it further, he revealed that after Panchayat, things changed, as earlier he used to audition at places, finding himself, but now people approach and work comes with makers asking for dates. Also, he highlighted that financially rich people also took selfies with him, and even people respected him more.
Further, when Siddharth asked him if he was rejected in the first two seasons of Panchayat, Vinod shared that he auditioned for the first and second parts, but things didn’t work in his favor. However, for the third part, he was called by the makers, so he liked it.
However, when asked if he paid fair for Panchayat, Vinod denied it, saying he wasn’t paid as expected, sharing the exact numbers that he received 12 thousand per day, and he just worked for 6 to 7 days.
When asked how he earned so little, Vinod shared that he couldn’t ask for more and also shared that his highest per-day pay was 55 thousand.
