ZEE5 is set to launch a rom-com film The Comedy Couple directed by Nachiket Samant.
The series features Saqib Saleem and Shweta Basu Prasad as the leads.
The story is about two people who are pursuing stand-up comedy as a career in Delhi. They fall in love while also trying to find comedy from their relationship.
The film also features Pooja Bedi, Ashish Verma, Rajesh Tailang among others. The actors in this film also include popular stand-up comedians Jeeveshu Ahluwalia and Jaspal Bhatti.
Now, we hear actors Pranay Manchanda (Official Bhootiyagiri) and Subha Rajput (Ishqbaaaz) have been roped in for the film.
We buzzed the actors and ZEE5 spokesperson but did not get revert.
