Jaya Bhattacharya, Shefali Shah, Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang and Adil Hussain to feature in a web-series based on the Nirbhaya Case

Revealed cast of an upcoming web-series

Web space has emerged as an interesting platform of storytelling. One more beautiful story will be narrated by Film Karavan Productions.

The yet to be titled series which is based on the Nirbhaya Case (2012 Delhi gang rape and murder of 23-year-old Jyoti Singh who was a physiotherapy student) has stellar team.

Coming to the cast, IWMBuzz exclusively learnt that talented actors Jaya Bhattacharya (Thapki Pyar Ki), Shefali Shah (Dil Dhadakne Do), Rasika Dugal (Qissa: The Tale of a Lonely Ghost), Rajesh Tailang (Mukkabaaz) and Adil Hussain (English Vinglish) will be part of the Delhi series.

It will be directed by writer-director Richie Mehta.

We hear the team has wrapped up shoot. While, the streaming platform is yet to be announced.

We buzzed the actors but they remained unavailable for a comment.
