Shakuntalam Telefilms, the renowned production house helmed by Shyamashis Bhattacharya and Neelima Bajpai has given the television viewing audience lot many cult shows which will be remembered for years to come. Their shows which came from all kinds of genres won the hearts of audiences, the noteworthy shows being Banoon Main Teri Dulhann, Na Aana Is Des Laado, Gunahon Ka Devta, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Kaali – Ek Punar Avatar etc.
Now, Shakuntalam Telefilms will foray into the digital space with the web-series titled ‘Beauty Spots’. The story will have a very nice message to tell.
Reports in media is that Ishqbaaaz and Sethji fame Avinash Mishra will play the lead guy and newbie Prachi Bansal, the lead girl.
Now we at IWMBuzz.com hear of senior and talented actress Neelu Kohli being part of the series.
Also we hear of Sherin Sewani of Naagin fame and Poulomi Das of Suhani Si Ek Ladki fame being part of the web-series.
A reliable source tells us, “Neelu Kohli will play the aunt of the female lead, played by Prachi. She will be a loving and caring lady; she will want to give a good life for her niece. Shivin will play the parallel lead, while Poulomi will be the close friend of the female lead.”
The series will also feature artistes Amitabh Krishna Ghanekar, Luv Vispute, Kamal Dadiala.
We buzzed Neelu who confirmed the news to IWMBuzz.com but refused to talk about it.
