State of Siege 26/11 fame Shoaib Ahmed in ZEE5’s Black Widows

IWMBuzz.com reported exclusively about popular actress Mona Singh being part of the central cast of ZEE5’s upcoming series Black Widows.

Based on the Finnish drama of the same name, the ‘Black Widows’ deal includes the rights for the two original 12-hour series (24 episodes). The Indian version will be the eighth international remake following versions in Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, the Middle East, Mexico, Scandinavia and the Czech Republic.

The series is produced by Namit Sharma and Big Synergy Media Ltd. The series will also feature Shamita Shetty, Swastika Mukherjee, Sharad Kelkar, Raima Sen, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Aamir Ali and Sabyasachi Chakraborty.

We now hear of actor Shoaib Kabeer being part of the series.

Shoaib has featured in series 13 Mussoorie, Collateral Damage and the recent ZEE5 series State of Siege: 26/11.

We hear that Shoaib will be part of the integral cast and will play an important role.
