Apharan Sabka Katega the hugely successful ALTBalaji series will soon see its Season 2. The gripping series starring Arunoday Singh and Nidhi Singh in the lead roles is being produced by Tanveer Bookwala’s Ding Entertainment.
The series in its second edition will see the major addition of prolific actress Sukhmani Sadana.
Sukhmani is noted for her performance in the popular web-series Sacred Games.
As per a reliable source, “The shoot of Apharan 2 is underway. Sukhmani Sadana will play a very important role in Apharan 2.”
Sukhmani confirmed the news to IWMBuzz.com saying, “Yes, Tanveer is a very good friend and when I was read the script, I understood that this is a multi-dimensional character. I have done monotone kind of characters earlier, so this excited me. I have a lot of respect for Tanveer. Of course, Apharan 1 was superb. Ekta is simply superb, I adore her for her work. So yes, this will be a very interesting role.”
When contacted, Producer Tanveer too confirmed the news saying, “Sukhmani is a wonderful actress and a friend and I could not think of a more perfect performer to essay this part. Nafisa is a complex and interesting character. She is going to surprise you.”
