The directorial debut of Prakash Jha will come in the form of the huge web-series Dera, which will be the political satire based on the Godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh who is presently serving life imprisonment for rape and murder.
The series has a stellar cast lead by Bobby Deol. Others in the cast include Sachin Shroff, Anupriya Goenka, Sangram Singh, Chandan Roy Sanyol.
We now hear of the gorgeous Tridha Choudhary being part of the series. She was recently seen in the ZEE5 series The Chargesheet.
Joining her will be ace actor Vikram Kochhar. Also playing a pivotal role will be Gangs of Wasseypur fame actress Anuritta Ka Jha. Parinita Seth who was part of Mind the Malhotras will also be part of this series.
As per a reliable source, “The actors are presently shooting for the series which will be a biggie in terms of its concept and filming.”
We buzzed actors but could not get through.
