Zachary Coffin, the renowned Writer, Director, Producer and Actor has recently captured the mountains, river and jungle in a picturesque manner for his short film titled ‘River God’.
Shot in the magnificent locales of Coorg in Karnataka, River God will be the first short film that Zachary will direct in India.
The story which is an original script written by Zachary Coffin is about the lesson that a monk learns at the river.
The cast of the short film includes Sanjay Nath, Ishit Yamini, and Zachary Coffin himself.
Sanjay Nath and Zachary had worked together for the ALTBalaji series Bose – Dead / Alive. Ishit Yamini is a Toabh model, who makes her short film debut with this one.
River God is presently in its post-production phase.
Says Zachary on the short film, “It has been a tremendously satisfying experience. Everyone on board starting from the cast and crew members have given me the gift of their passion and commitment. I would like to acknowledge my entire team Shivaji Sen (Executive Producer), Amogh Deshpande (Cinematographer), Sukesh Viswanath (Drone), and Karan Basani & Urvi DeSale (Assistant Directors). A small team for a challenging shoot in the jungle – but amazing people, all.”
