Pankaj Tripathi has showered praise on the teaser of Nishaanchi, the much-anticipated upcoming film directed by Anurag Kashyap. The teaser, which dropped recently and has already sparked excitement among cinephiles, received a notable endorsement from Tripathi, who shared a still from the teaser on his Instagram Stories accompanied by an applaud emoji.
While the actor is not part of the cast, his recognition of Kashyap’s work speaks volumes about the director’s reputation and the intrigue surrounding Nishaanchi.
Recently while speaking about the tone of the much-awaited drama Nishaanchi, Anurag shared, “Nishaanchi is my full-on Salim-Javed zone of film, it has the hero, the drama, and the payoff a film must deliver. I spent 69 days on it, my longest and most elaborate shoot yet.”
Anurag Kashyap, a filmmaker celebrated for his gritty, genre-defining cinema, appears to be returning to his signature storytelling style with Nishaanchi. Though plot details remain tightly under wraps, the teaser has hinted at a dark, intense narrative packed with suspense and layered characters, hallmarks of Kashyap’s best-known works.
