Of the heart-warming web content that has been on display, web-series like Asur, Scam 1992 and Panchayat have been revelations. The series have won the warmth and love of the junta.
Asur the 2020 web-series produced by Ding Entertainment was one of the gems on the web platform. This one streamed on Voot. A brilliant blend of mythology and serial killings, Asur was unpredictable to the core and entertained masses with its gripping storyline and intrigue. It had Barun Sobti, Arshad Warsi and many notable actors in its prime cast.
Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story which was set in the 1980s followed the life of Harshad Mehta the infamous stockbroker who created ripples in the field of stock markets. The series was loved by one and all and streamed on SonyLIV. Pratik Gandhi excelled in the titular role.
Panchayat the comedy-drama series created by The Viral Fever for Amazon Prime was enchanting and had a story and flow that had a great connect. It had Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta playing central roles.
