Every team was given a mentor. The judges on the show were Kenny Sebastian, Tanmay Bhat, Kannez Surkha, Kanna Gill, Biswas Kalyan Rath, Navin Richard, etc. The show was hosted by Sumuk Suresh who is also in this field and Abhish Matthew who has a show on youtube called son of Abish. Here are some of the best moments of the show. When Aishwarya Mohanraj proved why she deserves to win the comicstaan title in a very sarcastic and funny way. She roasted a few judges and also bought up some controversies. All the mentors mentoring their team backstage was a fun part on the show too. Prashti Singh explaining her past relationships experience and teaching us how to recognise a fake relationship was one heck of an episode.
Before the show went on air there was a segment in order to promote the show but of which was guess the joke where the best comedians where muted and the audience were supposed to guess their joke from their stand up special. While in the 1-hour episode the mentor of that episode performed a stand-up segment which was real fun. Nishant Suri who at the start was on the bottom of the list later topped it and became the winner of the show. Rahul Dua was the runner up. Comicstaan season 2 is out and is again all over the people’s minds. Watching some more freshers competing for the title while the judges set the standards high the show is again to be a hit.
