There’s no love stronger than a mother’s love. They can go to any extent and protect their children. Mothers are sharp swords when it comes to their children.
A perfect example is a video that is currently going viral on the internet. In the video, the mama bear is seen toppling over a cliff while defending her cub from a male bear in Castile and Leon, Spain.
The viral video shows a female bear involved in a fight with a bigger male on the margin of a mountain cliff when both topple over a great height onto the rocks below.
The male body fell a long way downhill and became immovable whereas the female limped away from the site she landed, the clip shows.
Fortunately, the mama was able to survive the tragic fall but the 500-pound male bear couldn’t.
After searching for her for continuous 2 days in the mountains of Northern Castile and Leon, near Palencia found the female bear in 15-meter-deep burrows, the environment service said on its website.
The male bear’s death was confirmed by rangers, who found the bear’s body during a search of the area several days later.
While the female was found sheltering in a cave with water and food for her and her cub.
