Wild animals can be dangerous and it is a no-brainer. There is a reason why these wild animals and human settlements never intermingle. However, they are not always dangerous and harmful. But when provoked and irritated in their lifestyle they can prove to be very harmful.
In the viral video that was doing rounds on the internet a few days back, a man from a village community is seen irritating a caged leopard. Yes, you read that right, a wild leopard.
In the video, it is seen that the man is seen poking the leopard with a branch of a tree. The leopard initially ignores the man and does not react in a harmful way. However, the man continues his tactics which irritates the leopard even further.
He simply snatches the branch so strongly that the man is drawn towards him with that branch. Thankfully, because the leopard was in a cage no major injury was caused except a tiny one on his palm.
This incident of humans irritating animals irrespective of them being in a cage or otherwise is not new. Several times people have been severely injured and some had even lost their lives in this banter.
We just feel harassing innocent animals is not a brave act, it is rather cowardly of people to do so and harm them in any manner possible.
