We all know currently there is B-Town wedding trends happening back to back so many celebrities got hitched…and for few fans are waiting since so long.Recently we came across Celebrity Mehandi artist Unnati Patel as she shared her desire to apply Mehedi for Kiara advani on her wedding, in the 21st century Mehandi Artists have evolved their art forms which have completely changed the meaning of Mehendi for many.

In weddings, the mehndi ceremony is one of the main events and most important days of the bride’s life, it’s a fun ceremony in Indian marriages.

When we asked Unnati Patel what is mehedi for her? She said, “For me Mehandi is not just a paste prepared with mixing henna powder and oils, it is a symbol of equality.”

She further adds, “When I started my career 5 years ago, people used to get Mehandi only on their wedding or close relatives wedding but with time I have seen people getting Mehandi done for all auspicious occasion whether it be Mundan Ceremony or House Warming or venturing with a new business or any festivities. With this, the design has also evolved from a traditional design to contemporary figurative design.”

Unnati believes mehendi doesn’t look rich or poor, it gives its colour to whomever applies, apart from celebrities she has also collaborated with various NGOs across India in order to create her extraordinary designs as a token of love for people for whom this is just a far-fetch dream.
