Deborah Ann Ryan professionally known as Debby Ryan is an American actress and singer. Debby was born on 13th May 1993 in Alabama, United States. The actress started acting at the early age of seven in professional theatres and was later discovered by Disneyland nationwide. The actress starred in The Suite Life on Deck, a Disney Channel television show as Bailey Pickett, and later on in the Disney Channel Original movie 16 Wishes in which she played the role of Abby Jensen.
