Last night, the pop star debuted on the runway at Versace’s Spring/Summer 2022 presentation during Milan Fashion Week. The Versace fall/winter 2021 campaign’s precious face, the 26-year-old, launched the presentation in an edgy black skirt suit with cuts held together by neon-hued safety pins. Her outfit includes black platform sandals and matching drop earrings, also as a vivid teal graphic outliner.
Lipa, wearing a pink metal mesh shirt and matching skirt with a dramatic slit, also closed the show. consistent with People, she also posed alongside Donatella Versace at the top of the concert, which was soundtracked by songs from Lipa’s album Future Nostalgia. Continuing my journey with my Versace family from acting during a campaign to now opening the SS22 show has been an incredible experience! It has been a dream to faithfully enter your magnificent show, Donatella.” Lipa said during a statement.
The “Levitating” singer walked the runway alongside models Emily Ratajkowski, Irina Shayk, Precious Lee, Lourdes Leon, et al., including close pal Gigi Hadid. Naomi Campbell, who gave birth to her daughter four months ago, also returned to the runway yesterday.
Lipa has been dating model Anwar Hadid for quite two years and is on the brink of both of his older sisters, Gigi and Bella. Last month, both supermodels, also as Anwar and grandmother Yolanda Hadid, paid a heartfelt tribute to Lipa on her 26th birthday, calling her “a fantastic addition to our family.” Lipa appears to be following in the footsteps of Gigi Hadid’s modelling career.
