1) MUG PIZZA IN MICROWAVE-
INGREDIENTS: 4 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1/4 dried oregano, 1 pinch salt, 3 tbsp milk, 1tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp pizza sauce, 1/8 tbsp baking powder, 1/16 baking soda, 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese.
TOPPINGS: little red chili pepper and black olive.
HOW TO MAKE:
STEP 1: In the small mug(microwavable), add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. now mix the dry ingredients together.
STEP 2: Put in the milk and oil and mix it well. till it combines well.
STEP 3: Add a tbsp of pizza sauce and spread it around the batter surface.
STEP 4: Add the cheese, olives, pepper, and sprinkle some oregano.
STEP 5: Put it in the microwave till it rises up or else keep it for 1 min.
STEP 6: Once it is risen up take it out of the microwave and enjoy it.
2) CHOCO LAVA MUG CAKE-
INGREDIENTS: 4 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1tbsp cocoa powder, 2tbsp powdered sugar, 1/8 baking powder, 1pinch baking soda, 2 tbsp milk, 1tbsp oil, milk chocolate.
HOW TO MAKE:
STEP 1: In a small cup add 4tbsp all-purpose flour, 2tbsp powdered sugar, 1tbsp cocoa powder, 1/8tsp baking powder, 1 pinch baking soda. and mix it well.
STEP 2: After that add 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp milk, and mix it well. Plunge one cube of milk chocolate in the mix.
STEP 3: Then take a pan and place a wire stand in it d cover it with lid and preheat at low flame for 5 mins.
STEP 4: After 5 mins, place a cup of cake mix in the pan to bake. now cover it with lid again at low flame and bake it for 12 mins until it rises up. After 12 mins take it out and enjoy it.
3) HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS-
3 Tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 and a half tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp raisins, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 2-inch piece of banana, 2 tsp maple syrup, honey, 2-1/2 tbsp milk, Pinch of sea salt.
1. In a microwave-safe mug mash up the banana with a spoon.
2. Put in the remaining ingredients and mix together until mixed. Then stir in the raisins
3. Microwave for 1 minute.
4. Enjoy immediately!
