Diwali is just a couple of weeks away. And the celebration will be never-ending as after 2 years of the pandemic; people are excited to celebrate the festival with love, light, and lots of good taste. So instead of buying sweets and Farsans from the market, make this Diwali homemade special dishes and treat the hungry stomach.

Batasha is a sweet and sugary candy usually used as a prasad during Diwali. So don’t miss it this Diwali and prepare some crunch and delicious batasha at home.

Gujiya: No one home can celebrate the festival without Gujiya. The sweet and luscious filling with khoa and grated coconut makes it one must dish.

Sandesh: The Bengali cuisine sweet dish Sandesh is popular all over the country. The mix of Dey fruits rich in nutrition made deliciously with milk and fruits should be on the platter.

Rasgulla: The very popular dessert loved by almost every Indian. Not just Bengalis but entire Indians cannot celebrate the festival without rasgulla being on the menu.
