INGREDIENTS:
* 5 potatoes.
* Chopped coriander.
* Ginger paste.
* Lemon juice and rice flour.
* Chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, black pepper powder.
* Black salt, salt, and oil for shallow frying.

INSTRUCTIONS:
* Wash potatoes thoroughly and put them in a pressure cooker and cook them properly. Ensure that potatoes are cooked properly.
* Transfer potatoes to the plate and peel them off. Mash it with a potato masher, ensuring that there are no lumps.
* Add chopped coriander leaves, ginger paste, chili powder, chat masala, garam masala, rock salt, salt, and black pepper powder one by one into the mashed potato.
* Squeeze lemon in it.
* Add rice flour into the mixture and knead it thoroughly until smooth and non-sticky.
* Add more flour if needed.
* Divide mixture into ten equal parts. Make balls and flatten them into small crack-free discs.
* Take a heavy bottom non-stick pan and add oil.
* Shallow fry potato patty or Aloo Tikki in a pan.
* Cook on medium flame until it’s golden. Flip it slowly and cook the opposite side on medium flame.
* Cook Aloo Tikki on both sides until it’s golden brown and crispy.

Your homemade Aloo Tikki is ready. You can top it up with yogurt, chutneys, or other toppings.
