* Tomato puree, paneer cubes, chopped onions.
* Garam masala, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder.
* Fresh cream, red color powder, butter, oil, salt.

METHOD:
* Fry paneer cubes for five minutes and keep them in hot water to remain soft.
* In the same pan, add chopped onion and saute until brown.
* Add chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and ginger garlic paste.
* Add tomato puree, bring it to boil, and add fried paneer cubes and red color and allow it to boil for around 5 to 6 minutes.
* Add chopped coriander leaves and butter.
* Your paneer butter masala is ready to serve. You can have it with roti, butter naan, or even different Indian breads.
