Chicken Lollipop Recipe: How To Make Perfect Chicken Lollipop

Here is a fried chicken recipe  for a crispy fried chicken just like the restaurant style.

Chicken Lollipop-

Ingredients-

6 full-size chicken wings, 2 cup oil.

MARINADE-

2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 tsp soy sauce.

BATTER-

½ cup(60 g) flour, ½ cup(60 g) corn flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp chili powder., ¼ cup(60 ml) water.

Method- 

Step 1: Add all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix it fully, and keep it aside.

Step 2: Slice a full-size chicken wing into three parts along the joints. take the chicken wing, push down the meat to one end, Do this on each chicken wing.

Step 3: Place the prepared chicken lollipops in the marinade. Stir and cover. Marinate it in the fridge for at least 1 and half hour.

Step 4: Mix all batter ingredients until smooth without lumps.

Step 5: Dip the meat end of the chicken lollipops into the batter. Heat the oil to 170˚C (340˚F), In a medium-sized pot.

Step 6: Deep fry the chicken for 10 minutes or until the batter becomes golden brown and the chicken is cooked throughout.
