INGREDIENTS OF CHICKEN NUGGET
250 gm chopped chicken, 1 egg, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 medium chopped onion, 1/2 cup refined oil, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, salt as required, 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper.
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN NUGGETS
Step 1: In a medium glass bowl, now add chicken, onion, garlic paste, pepper and salt in it. Mix all the components well. Once you are done, chop the mixture and refrigerate it for around 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 2: Now, take a bowl and beat the egg in it. Keep aside till further use. Then take a small amount of the minced mixture and prepare small nuggets of the same. Coat these nuggets with flour and then ladle into the beaten egg mixture. Then, coat with breadcrumbs and organize it in a plate till further use.
Step 3: Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame. Once the oil is enough hot, add nuggets and fry them for 2 mins on both sides. Fry them till the colour turns into golden brown. Once done, shift the nuggets over a napkin so that the extra oil is absorbed. Serve hot with ketchup or Schezwan sauce.
