Procedure:

1. Take a frying pan and add one cup of water and 2 teaspoons of oil.

2. Boil it for some time

3. Add fresh corn to boiling water.

4. Boil the corn for some time.

5. Stir it well so that it doesn’t get stuck to the utensil

6. Now remove the corn in a bowl and add peri masala.

7. Add some Oregano and chilli too.

8. Grate Margaretta cheese.
