* 200g unsalted butter, 200g castor sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 200g flour, pinch salt, cream cheese frosting, and Gel food coloring in red, yellow, green, blue, and purple.

* Have gel food color handy.

* Add a pea-size into each bowl and mix the color properly.

* Repeat with the blue, red, green, and yellow coloring.
* Bake your cupcakes for 15-20 minutes on the middle shelf of your oven. Avoid baking on the top shelf as it may lose some of the effects of the rainbow.
* Frost your cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
