Smoked chicken curry is altogether a different type of dish and it will bring the chicken curry to the next level by using smoking techniques. Undoubtedly this will be a delicious chicken dish to consume. Here we look at steps to make finger-licking smoked chicken curry at home.

First, we look at the ingredients required for it.

* 500 grams chicken breast without skin and cubed.

* 1 tsp garlic paste.

* 1 tsp ginger paste.

* Lemon juice.

* Butter, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala.

* Cashew paste, cream, salt, ghee, water, and charcoal.

Steps to follow:

* Cut chicken into 2 inches pieces and marinate in ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.

* Make cashew paste. Boil tomatoes, peel the skin, and make a fine paste.

* In a pan heat butter, put the marinated chicken, and saute for 15 minutes until chicken cooked properly.

* Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala and saute for 5 minutes.

* Add water and cashew paste and cook for few minutes to get thick curry.

* Take off the pan. Head coal piece to red, place in a clean metallic bowl and keep this bowl in the center of the curry pan. Put ghee around the pan and put lid Immediately.

* Keep it for few minutes and remove the lid. Garnish the curry with chopped coriander leaves. Your smoked chicken curry ready to consume.
