1 kg Chicken, cleaned and diced
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 Onion, sliced
15 Dry Red Chillies
10 cloves Garlic
1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt and pepper, as required
1 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera), (optional)

Procedure

To begin making the Garlic Red Chicken Gravy recipe, first you soak red chilies and garlic for 10 minutes in hot water.

Then take a mixie jar and grind the soaked red chilies and garlic into a fine paste and keep it aside.

Now the next step is to add chicken, salt, pepper, and turmeric powder in it and combine well. Add the paste and stir well.
