Chicken Tikka Kebab is one of our favorite appetizers to order when we go to Indian restaurants, and with good reason. Not only in India, but in Indian restaurants all around the world, it’s possibly the most popular Indian appetizer.

Recipe

Simply mix up all of the marinade ingredients in a mixing dish, then toss the chicken in the marinade, making sure it’s uniformly coated. Refrigerate the bowl after covering it with plastic wrap. Allow for at least 30 minutes of marinating time for the Tikka Kebab meat to allow the flavors to mingle and soak into the chicken. For a richer flavor, marinate it for up to 8 hours or overnight. Simply remove the marinated Chicken Tikka from the refrigerator and put the vegetables in the marinade with the chicken when ready to cook. Then alternate threading the chicken and veggies on your skewers, starting with the chicken and ending with the onion and bell pepper.
